to order products from this web site. |

Please download the Order Form, from Other Links menu located
at right side column of the home page and mail it to Smokes Spirits P.O. Box 394 Salamanca, NY 14779.

Finding Items
You can browse or search for the items you would like to order.
You do this by using the store tabs at the top of each page,
or the "Search " bar below that.
You can even select the category from “Stores”
column located on left side of each page under each store.
When you find an item that interests you, click the image
or name of the item to get more information about the item
and it’s pricing. |
Adding Items to Your Shopping
Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart"
Icon.
The product will be added to shopping cart and will be displayed
on right hand side of the page. You can also view the contents
of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “View
Cart” icon at the top of every page of Smokes-Spirits.com.
To continue shopping use the store tabs or the "Continue
Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until
your cart contains all the items you want to order |

Proceed to Checkout
Review the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you
decide not to purchase an item in your shopping cart, select
the check box under delete column and click "Update".
When you're ready to place an order for the items in the Shopping
Cart, click the "Check Out" button.
If you are not already a member, please register yourself.
Registration is free.
Promotion Code:
This box is for special promotions that require a promotion
code. If you have received a promotion code from us, enter
it here.
If you have not received a promotion code, do not enter
anything in this box. Promotion codes are sent to users
who subscribe to any one of our mailing lists or have purchased
any product earlier from Smokes-Spirits.com.
Fill in your shipping information and payment mode. If
your shipping address is the same as your billing address,
just click on next button at the bottom of the page, if
not check on Select Shipping Address box and select the
address where the items are to be shipped. You can also
add a new shipping address.
Please Select Your Shipping Option
Here you need to select the type of shipper and shipping
method and click on next. To know your approximate shipping
cost please click on “shipping calculator” button.
In this section you can also gift wrap your items and send
a greeting card with greeting message to the shipping address.
Order Summary and Confirmation
In this page a brief summary of your ordering and shipping
information is displayed. You need to enter your age verification
and click on “Finish” button to complete your
checkout process.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail message with order number in it. You can also see
your order confirmation number when the ordering process
is complete.
Checking Your Order
If you would like to know if your payment has been processed
or if your order has been shipped, click on " History/Track
Order" link in Member Services or Account Management.
What's On Monthly Deals Now?
Every month we put a list of special items for sale. These
items are normally discounted and are available at lower
price than our normal retail price. Please come back often
to check on these sale items. However, if you wish to be
informed of our monthly deals via e-mail and have not signed
up for the "Mailing List ", please do it now.
