MCGUIGAN BROTHERS BIN 4000 CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2000
Deep red with purple hues with a nose of intense Mulberry Cabernet aromas complemented by powerful chocolate and pepper fruit. There are also cigarbox, raisin and cinnamon overtones. The palate is full-bodied with ga ood depth of flavour and soft fine-grained tannins. Chocolate and earthy flavours blend with an underlay of vanilla from American oak. For a regional blend the wine has enormous complexity and with the 1999 vintage being one of the easiest on record the Cabernet has an intense concentration of fruit characters. This Bin 4000 has been aged in small oak barrels and bottle matured before release. The wine will continue to mature for a further four years
